Somerset Stamp Auctions is a family-run business providing a friendly, efficient, and professional service throughout the UK and overseas to collectors and vendors alike.
We have been conducting regular public philatelic auctions in the South West since 1979 with over 45 years of knowledge and expertise.
Situated on top of the scenic Blackdown Hills, our spacious salerooms are conveniently located just 3 miles from Junction 26 of the M5 and 2 miles from the A38, making them easily accessible for visitors from across the South West and further afield along with free ample parking.
We hold five public auctions annually. Each auction features over 1,000 lots, from high-quality single stamps and complete sets to one-country ranges, extensive collections and accumulations, covers, postal history and large estate consignments. Covering a broad area of interest, including Commonwealth, Great Britain, Europe, and worldwide material. From all periods QV to KCIII at all price ranges.
While philately remains at the heart of our business, we also sell coins and bank notes, numismatic covers, postcards, and ephemera.
