1703 small wrapper used from Exeter to Wellington, Somerset. On the reverse is an Exeter dated 'E' mark for December 8th, i.e. D in top of E, 8 in the bottom. Wrapper has been cut down a little at left. Extremely rare mark. Rated at the highest priced provincial mark by Whitney and recorded in Ron Hake's catalogue.
