1885 cover sent to Hallatrow via Bristol to Kingston, Jamaica. Franked with a row of 6 x 4d greens and a block of 1d lilacs. Selvedge covers the lilacs and a couple 4d values. Message on reverse "Received at G.P.O. Jamaica with envelope torn and closed by W.H.". Unusual franking and repair!
