Somerset Stamp Auctions have been holding regular Philatelic auctions in the South West of England since 1979 and is a family run business offering a friendly and efficient service.

We hold seven public auctions a year offering approximately 1250 lots per sale, with a wide selection of stamps, postcards, cigarette cards, covers, medals, coins, reference books, accessories and other philatelic related items.

COVID 19 - AUCTION ARRANGEMENTS

Due to Government guidelines we are unable to allow any attendance on the sale day.

Bids will as usual be accepted by email, post, fax or telephone

We will offer live telephone bidding on sale day for lots with an estimate of £200 or more

Trevor Chinery will be present to act as auction agent. Please contact Trevor directly if you wish him to bid on your behalf.

PLEASE NOTE ALL BIDS OR TELEPHONE REQUESTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY 7PM FRIDAY JANUARY 15TH.

COLLECTION OF LOTS

For clients wishing to collect lots won, you will be able to do so by appointment from Monday January 18th onwards (no earlier than 2pm on the 18th)

Complete contact free collect can be arranged if you settle your invoice prior to arrival

We will be proving our usual despatch service for lots sent via post or courier

We are now accepting entries for our March 13th 2021 auction (closing date Monday February 8th).
